Wiping Dies

Wiping dies are used in high production flanging operations. Material whip up is eliminated. These die sets are usually rated for 16 gauge material or lighter.

Clamps the material and starts rotation of the rocker.	Humping is limited to the space between the edges of the rocker. The material does not skid.	Rotary action precisely over-bends the material to allow for springback. Rocker does not scar or wipe the material.

Urethane Holders & Pads

Urethane holders and pads are available for applications such as radius bends or mark free bending.	Urethane Vee Pads are available in sizes to fit into standard 1/2″, 1″ and 2″ vee dies in lengths up to 48″.
